PRICING - All prices listed are quoted
by Wicked Bodies, Inc. All prices guaranteed to be correct at time of
publishing, except for typographical errors.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, therefore
always check prices before purchase.
PAYMENT
- All orders must be
prepaid by cashiers check, certified check, money order, credit card or bank wire
transfer for domestic or wire transfer for foreign.
Prepayment made by regular personal check or company check will be held until it
clears before merchandise can be shipped. International shipments must be
prepaid in US dollars.
Domestic payments must include the shipping costs in addition to the cost of
merchandise and tax when applicable.
SHIPPING
- All orders
will be shipped via the most economical method unless otherwise specified by the
customer prior to the date of shipment. UPS is the preferred method of shipment
unless the merchandise is too large for UPS standards which would require
shipping by common carriers (truck freight). Most Rear Wings and Spoilers and
many Urethane or Plastic Ground Effect kits can be shipped by UPS, while most
Fiberglass Ground Effect kits require truck shipment.
Shipping charges must be included in the payment. International shipping is also
available; any shipping fees must be included in the wire transfer prior to
shipping. Any taxes, duties or fess will be the responsibility of the purchasing
party.
RETURN POLICY - Special orders can not be returned
.
Returns must have prior approval with a return authorization number.
All other returns will be refused. Absolutely
no returns will be accepted after 21 days.
With the exception of defective merchandise all returns are subject to a
25% restocking fee.
All cancellations prior to shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation
fee.
All returns must be sent shipping prepaid.
Projected delivery dates are estimates and not a firm commitment by the
seller.
All returns will be inspected by the seller and credit will be issued
when the seller determines that the merchandise is either defective or in the
same condition as shipped.
Altered merchandise in any form is not returnable.
Mirrors are non returnable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore
all damage claims must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier.
Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable.
In case of damage retain all cartons, packing material and damaged
merchandise for the carrier to inspect.
If damage is apparent on receipt, note all damages on the freight bill.
If not readily apparent notify the carrier within 24 hours.
